FAQs
Clearing is the stage of applications for anyone who may not have achieved the results they wanted, exceeded their expectations, or have simply changed their mind. Clearing is a great opportunity to grab a place on a course before term starts – places fill up fast so make sure you apply as soon as you can.
No, you can apply here on our website. We’re still taking applications.
We consider each application individually, but if you still don’t meet the entry requirements for a higher education (university level) course at Coleg Gwent, there may be an option to study an alternative course which will set you on the right path. Please just give us a call if you’re unsure on 01495 333 777.
If you’ve applied to a university through UCAS and are looking to change your option, take a look at the UCAS clearing page for more information, or call them on 0371 468 0468
